Across our 12,000 m² integrated plant, every stage from die tooling to precision CNC machining is managed under one roof with single-source quality assurance.
Flawless extrusion starts with a precision die. Custom profile geometries and standard sections are sculpted with micrometric tolerances using certified H13 hot-work steel.
The Core of Our 8,500-Ton Annual Output. Operating 1500-ton and 1200-ton press lines with 152mm and 127mm billet diameters, we extrude prime 6063, 6060, 6082, and 6005 alloys to stringent EN 755 and EN 12020 tolerance standards. State-of-the-art T4/T5/T6 aging ovens ensure peak mechanical yield and tensile strength.
Natural silver, champagne, bronze, brown, or deep black... Chemical armor fused with the aluminium matrix. We deliver electrolytic anodizing for projects demanding ultimate corrosion and weathering resistance.
With our automated 2,500 tons/year powder coating facility complying with Qualicoat standards, profiles receive maximum UV and corrosion resistance in any customized RAL shade.
"Ready for final assembly." Raw profiles alone are rarely enough. We carry out precision cutting, drilling, punching, threading, and multi-axis CNC milling completely in-house.
"Flawless manufacturing deserves flawless delivery." All finished aluminium extrusions are securely packaged with protective wrapping, interleaving, and reinforced wooden crates for international transit.
Every production batch undergoes strict metallurgical, mechanical, and chemical laboratory inspection before dispatch.
